Upon correspondance sent by Ace Concepts to the buyer confirming acceptance of the purchase made by the buyer a binding contract for the sale of all products will be created.
All products sold by Ace Concepts are TOYCRED approved. TOYCRED is the "Blue Chip" safety accreditation standard for the toy industry, and is your assurance that all necessary steps are taken to ensure that the products we place on our web site are safe.
Ace Concepts reserves the right to make changes at any time and without notice in the materials, dimensions, colours and design of its products and such changes shall not affect the validity of any contract with the buyer provided that such variations and modification do not adversely affect in any material way the performance of the products or the quality of workmanship or of materials used. Where there has been a material change to any product ordered by the buyer, Partybox will endeavour to supply the buyer with a product that is identical to that ordered or a product that is as far as is possible similar to that ordered.
The buyer has the option to accept or decline any replacement with a full refund given if any replacement is unacceptable.
All prices quoted on our site are subject to change without notice to take account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duty which may occur it the course of manufacturing the products.
We do charge VAT on any orders
The full price for ordered products must be paid and cleared prior to despatch. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling.
In the event of a failure by the buyer to pay for the products, then title to the products shall remain with Ace Concepts until such time as payment in full is received. Ace Concepts reserve the right to retake possession of the products in the event of non-payment.
Ace Concepts reserve the right at any time to cancel orders.
Ace Concepts only accepts payment by credit or debit card online via Google Checkout.
All financial data is securely processed and stored by Google, using the Google Checkout service.
Delivery within the UK will be charged from the amount of £1.99. Ace Concepts use two delivery methods within the UK:
Delivery to European destinations will be charged from £7.99. Ace Concepts uses standard delivery for all European deliveries and takes 3-5 days.
Delivery to all other International destinations will be charged from £12.00. Ace Concepts uses standard delivery for all other International deliveries and takes 5-10 days.
Delivery charges will vary due to the total weight of an order when the buyer proceeds to checkout. The delivery options will be displayed with the basket on our site and also once you checkout.
Dispatch: All received orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days between Monday - Friday.
Please note: If you place an order on a Friday it will be dispatched on the following Monday
Ace Concepts shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly or within the durations stated above and also in the ‘Ordering Information’ page on our web site. If such failure arises by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to Ace Concepts of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Ace Concepts by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order, without giving a reason, at any time up to 10 working days from receiving the goods. Ace Concepts will action your refund in full within 5 working days of you notifying us of your cancellation. Please note that due to various banks procedures it may take up to an additional 8 working days before the funds appear in your account.
Ace Concepts‘s responsibility for loss or damage in transit will be limited to replacing the damaged products or providing a refund, which ever the buyer prefers.
All products purchased from Ace Concepts web site may be returned within 10 working days from the date of purchase. The returned products will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging and are kept in their original state.
If the above terms are met, we will endeavour to respond to and resolve all returns within 5 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
